  4. The Arsenal CD-ROM browser is copyrighted software, and it is NOT released
  5. into the public domain, shareware, etc.  It is strictly to be considered as
  6. "commercial software".

  8. However, don't run away yet... (smile!)  We are releasing this program
  9. for public, free use.  If you like it, use it and enjoy it.  Feel free to
  10. upload the living daylights out of it, just _please_ keep all of our original
  11. files in it.

  13. [1] The Arsenal Browser Program (ARSENAL.EXE and VIEW.EXE) are copyrighted
  14. works of Arsenal Computer, 1996.  You are granted a licence to use this
  15. program in your home or business provided the following conditions are met:

  17.   [a] You do not modify the ARSENAL.EXE program in any way.
  18.   [b] You do not charge others to use the program.
  19.       [NOTE:  If you are running a pay-BBS service, this doesn't apply
  20.       to you, unless for some strange reason you are charging for the
  21.       download of this one particular file.  We would prefer that you
  22.       put this file in any "free downloads" that you might have, but we
  23.       will not fuss over it.]

  25. The Arsenal Browser is a commerical program.  Our official licencing fee
  26. is that you purchase a copy of one of our CD-ROMs that feature this program.
  27. However, our trial use period is very generous... (smile!)

  30. others to use, UNLESS you are distributing an Arsenal CD-ROM along with
  31. that package.

  36. It works for us, on several different machines.  If it doesn't work for you,
  37. and you have not gotten this by purchasing a CD-ROM from us with the
  38. program on it, then we have no liability for the program, nor will we offer
  39. you tech support on it.  If you have made a purchase from us, then call us
  40. for the usual high-standard of tech support that you have come to expect
  41. from the Arsenal.  In no case will we be liable for any damages, real or
  42. perceived, that should arise from the use or inability to use this product.
